What is a listing?
A listing is a single product variant (itemId) on a marketplace. One product may have multiple variants tracked as separate listings.
How often is data updated?
Snapshots are taken once per day. Pricing, ranking, and seller data reflects the most recent daily run.
Can I track brands I don't own?
Yes. Signal tracks publicly available marketplace data. You can monitor any brand or category.
What marketplaces are supported?
Currently Coupang, iHerb, and Naver. Additional marketplaces are on the roadmap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
